• Our Apartment Manager can even e-mail you pictures of your apartment if you are searching for an apartment in anticipation of moving to Watertown.
• We require the first month’s rent and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent in advance of moving in.
• Bring your drivers license and/or military ID when you visit us to view an apartment and submit your rental application.
• Before move-in, we will walk through the apartment to inspect and document the condition of the apartment. The inspection document will be used when you vacate the apartment to confirm that the apartment is in the same condition, except for normal wear and tear.
• Our handymen are always involved in maintenance and repairs to our apartment, so if something needs fixing, let us know, and we will assign someone to take care of it.

The tenant pays for utilities, including heat. Our apartments have been upgraded with energy-efficient windows and walls, so that your apartment will be comfortable and easy to heat in cold weather. The Watertown area typically gets several snowstorms each year, sometimes as much as 4 feet in a single day, so you will be glad to live in a home where energy efficiency has been designed into each renovation and where snow removal services are performed for you. No pets are allowed, except in two-family homes. $300 additional deposit required for pet. Please read our full rental agreement for details.
